Packages & Pricing
Each client is different, with varying needs in terms of level of support, frequency and duration. However, most of my clients are typically very busy and tend to opt for fortnightly support sessions which are charged at £200/hr. For clients who sign up for weekly sessions (1hr) and start with minimum of 6-12 weeks my rate drops to £150/hr.
Depending on the particular circumstances of the client, after our initial consultation clients often request an initial 6-12 weeks of life coaching (highly recommended) prior to starting the business focused work, where we establish the necessary solid ground of Self Understanding from which to more cogently engage in more targeted and specific business coaching. This initial life coaching is charged at £150/hr (see below)

Life coaching is as all encompassing at it sounds, and the approach I adopt is founded on the values and principles that are the foundation for all the other coaching that I offer, and inform the specific tools and protocols that make up the framework my practice operates within. As such, i recommend an initial 6 weeks of life coaching prior to the business coaching that I offer, and invariably many clients continue with a hybrid package of both.
Open ended Life Coaching on its own is priced according to frequency - £200/hr for fortnightly sessions and £150/hr for weekly. If done in tandem with business coaching, this entails alternating weeks of life & business coaching and is charged at £150/hr.
